How purchases are processed
Software purchases are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Dodo takes the payment, is responsible for sales tax and VAT where it applies, and issues the licence key by email. Your receipt comes from Dodo Payments, and refunds are handled through it within each product's stated window.
Refund windows differ by product and are stated in each product’s refund policy or terms, linked above. Those documents are authoritative; this page deliberately does not restate them, because a summary that drifts from the document it summarises is worse than no summary.
A note on the software
These products use machine-learning models that produce plausible output rather than verified fact. Crisp reconstructs detail that was not in the source. AdPlaybook drafts copy you are responsible for before it runs. Docket reports what it could and says so when it could not see something. Outlier runs models locally and inherits their limitations.
Review the output before you rely on it, and read the limitations in each product’s terms. Where a product states that it cannot check something, that statement is the honest one and is meant to be read.
